Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Drop-Off Services

We’re thrilled to announce our brand-new Drop-Off Service — designed to give your pet the maximum attention they deserve!

 

Whether your furry friend is feeling under the weather and needs a sick visit, requires a detailed diagnostic exam, or is due for their comprehensive annual wellness exam, you can now simply drop them off in the morning. Our dedicated team will provide thorough care, complete diagnostics, and a personalized treatment plan — all without you having to wait around!

While your pet is with us, we’ll keep you updated with regular progress reports. At pickup, our staff or veterinarian will speak with you as needed for your pet’s case to review findings, answer your questions, and ensure you’re fully informed about the care plan.

We’re also open for fast vaccination and booster visits with a tech appointment for established VCPR clients, easy in-and-out care for your busy schedule!

In the event your pet needs immediate care after office hours or on a holiday, please call Blue Pearl Pet Hospital @ (972) 820-7099.  They are located at 2700 Lake Vista Dr., Lewisville, TX 75067 . The doctors and technicians are specially trained to handle emergency situations. Our office will be notified of your pet's visit so that we may provide follow-up care when it is deemed necessary.
